Blue Access for MembersSM
Get detailed information about your coverage and gain access to member services. You can review your Explanation of Benefits from the last 18 months under the Claims Center tab. Find providers in your network, get information about costs for services and more with the Provider Finder® tool under the Doctors and Hospitals tab.
BAM also offers a private message option for contacting BCBSIL. In fact, it’s a good idea to sign in to your BAM account once a month or more. You may find a message with important information or requests about your account waiting for you.
You can also get an ID card, and sign up for text or email notifications and more. You can download the BCBSIL mobile app for your phone to access your BAM account on the go.
If you aren’t registered for BAM, you may be missing out on helpful information that’s tailored to you.

The number on the back of your member ID card is our customer service line. When online options don’t answer your question, give us a call. There is also a Contact Us page on our website with contact numbers by plan type. Find yours and call.
Prime Therapeutics, LLC, is a separate pharmacy benefit management company contracted by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) to provide pharmacy benefit management and other related services. In addition, contracting pharmacies are contracted through Prime Therapeutics. The relationship between BCBSIL and contracting pharmacies is that of independent contractors. Blue365 is a discount program only for BCBSIL members. This is NOT insurance. Some of the services offered through this program may be covered under your health plan. Employees should check their benefit booklet or call the Customer Service number on the back of their ID card for specific benefit facts. Use of Blue365 does not change monthly payments, nor do costs of the services or products count toward any maximums and/or plan deductibles. Discounts are only given through vendors that take part in this program. BCBSIL does not guarantee or make any claims or recommendations about the program’s services or products. Well onTarget® is not available to all members. Check Blue Access for MembersSM or ask your benefits administrator to see if you have the Well onTarget benefit.
